RECEPTIONIST-CUM-ADMIN EXECUTIVE
Functions of Governance Department
(i) Governance Department at Alpha Plus is an indispensable and critically important department, which has to play a strategic part in Alpha Plus' structure to ensure proper functional and competitive advantage of the company’s business activities
(ii) Successful functioning of all departments and the executives therein, greatly depends on the performance of Governance Department
(iii) Governance Department is responsible for People Investment (HR Functions), Office Administration, Finance & Accounts. Most important function of the department is to make all executives at Alpha Plus comfortable and keep them happy

  Receptionist-cum-Admin Executive
Role and Responsibilities
(a) Handling incoming and outgoing calls
(b) Attending visitors and guiding them with their queries
(c) Handling Petty Cash
(d) Handling payment of recurring and non-recurring bills, utility bills & staff reimbursement
(e) Stationery and Consumables' Management
(f) Handling renewal of service contracts with equipment suppliers
(g) Managing repairs & maintenance of office equipment, furniture & fixtures
(h) Managing incoming & outgoing courier documents
(i) Maintaining daily attendance register
(j) Managing Air/Train Hotel bookings internally and externally
(k) Other roles/responsibilities to be assigned by In-charge - Governance or concerned VP
Qualifications
(a) Graduation
(b) Public Speaking or Telephone Operator Certification will be an added advantage
Experience
(a) Fresher
(b) Preference to be given to candidates with some experience as Receptionist
Skills Required
(a) Basic Computer skills (MS-Office, Tally, etc.) are a must
(b) Good Command over English is essential
(c) Quick learner
