Functions of the Department |

Research Department at Alpha Plus plays a very strategic and important
role in constantly researching and developing highly useful content for
banking industry. It is the Think Tank of Alpha Plus, most crucial to its products
"Knowledge Management Tools" and "Cermo+"
|
|
2.
|
The department
comprising of professionals with banking, legal, accounting and
secretarial background & professional qualifications has been charged
with the responsibility of innovating & constantly updating banking
related multi-regulatory and statutory information to make it available at
fingertips of bankers and regulators through innovative software solutions
|

Role and Responsibilities |
|
1.

Research and
develop industry-specific statutory & regulatory compliances
with emphasis on Banking, Finance, Insurance, and Health Care sectors
|
|
2.
|
Research,
analyze, and compile repository of industry-specific court judgments
|
|
3. |
Develop
industry-specific business process workflows
|
|
4. |
Write / update
industry-specific compliance manuals
|
|
5. |
Prepare
industry-specific content in the form of articles, press releases, etc.
for display on the company's website & inclusion in its database
content provided to clients |
|
6. |
Suggest
improvement in the value-addition to the existing data content
|
|
7.
|
Assist in
banking consultancy projects / training assignments
|
|
Qualifications |
|

Graduation
|
|
*
|
Professional / post graduation
qualifications will be given advantage
|

Experience |
|

|
Retired Bankers
/ Regulator Executives
|
|
*
|
Preferably few years working at
Corporate / Head Office of a bank
|
|
*
|
Preferably 1-2 Years of
experience in research for BFSI domain
|
|
Skills Required |

Excellent
writing & communication skills

Basic computer
skills is a must

Knowledge of
current developments in the BFSI sector will be an added
advantage
