Functions of the Department |

1. |
Content
Management Team at Alpha Plus is required to play a very important
role in sourcing & processing content for its products. What
differentiates Alpha Plus from others is its ability to source the
content, quickly, and accurately process it with enormous value-additions,
and provide it in a timely manner in an easily retrievable format. |
|
2. |
Content Management Team plays a strategic part in Alpha Plus' structure to
ensure proper functional and competitive advantage of the company's
business activities. |

Asst.Manager-cum-Regulatory Liaison Officer (RLO) |
|
Role and Responsibilities |
|
1. |
Depending upon
the needs and the size & structure of the Department at any point of
time, the Manager or AM-cum-RLO may be the same person, or the position
related responsibility may be delegated to a Team Lead
|
|
2. |
To attend Senior Management Meetings or parts thereof, as and when invited
|
|
3. |
Responsible for maintaining liaison with banking related Regulators and making arrangement
for getting their circulars, guidelines, etc. for provision in KMT
|
|
4. |
To play an important role in providing active support to the Manager in managing that
position related responsibilities, undertaking that position related tasks
during absence or, as may be delegated, and ensuring smooth and efficient
functioning of the Department
|
|
5. |
Ensure co-ordination between Team Leads and the Research Team |
|
6. |
To take up the responsibilities of Team Lead, as and when required |
|
Qualifications |

Graduation
|

Experience |
|

Minimum 2 years experience
as a Team Leader
|
|

|
1 year experience as Customer / Public Relations

Skills Required |

Good Command over English
|

Capability to plan, prioritize and judiciously assign tasks to meet targets

Ability to lead from the front
